Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations:

We ship exclusively to Canadian addresses. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

 

2. Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. During peak periods, processing may take longer. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

3. Shipping Methods & Rates:

We offer standard and expedited shipping options through trusted carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of your order.

 

4. Estimated Delivery Times:

- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days depending on the destination.

- Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days.

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

5. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

 

6. Shipping Issues & Delays:

If you encounter any issues with your shipment, such as delays or lost packages, please contact our customer service team at ArcticRiftCards@gmail.com. We will work diligently to resolve any issues.

 

7. Free Shipping Offer:

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders over CAD $100 (before taxes). This promotion applies to Canadian addresses only and excludes heavy or oversized items, which may incur additional charges.

 

8. Local Pickup:

Customers in Winnipeg can choose local pickup at our store location at no additional cost. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup, typically within 1-2 business days.

 

9. Shipping of Preorder Items:

Preorders are shipped to arrive on release. We will endeavor to meet that arrival date goal, but please understand that once the product is handed off to the carrier, we no longer have control of the package's arrival date.

 

10. Orders Containing Both Preorder and In-Stock Items

If you place an order containing both preorder and in-stock items, they will be shipped together when the preorder may be shipped out. If you wish to receive the In-Stock items immediately, we recommend placing two separate orders.
